This learning and experiencing class is about deepening your understanding and practice of Mindfulness Meditation to increase your wellness benefits. Common misconceptions, barriers to regular practice, and motivations will be addressed. Topics include the difference between thinking and awareness, optimal posture and physical dynamics, managing distress and increasing self-acceptance through meditation. There will be time for your questions and coaching designed for your individual practice.

 

Christine taught Mindfulness Meditation in mental health and addictions treatment programs for 8 years and in the community since 2013. She has meditated for over 30 years and experienced multiple breakthroughs, revelations and sanctuary in her own practice. She is a Board Certified-Dance/Movement Therapist and shamanic energy therapist in private practice in Glassboro.
